All content, designs, code, and blueprints published on this site are free for personal, non-commercial use.
You are welcome to:
- Share and Redistribute – Repost and share the content.
- Remodel and Upgrade – Modify, tweak, and improve the designs to fit your needs.
- Attribution Required – For any sharing, reposting, or modification, you must clearly acknowledge the source by providing a visible link or reference to Lupoboard.
2. Commercial Use and Reproduction
Selling, reproducing, or distributing Lupoboard content (or items based on it) on online platforms, stores, or through any commercial channels is prohibited without explicit prior authorization.
- Make an Offer (Non-Exclusive License) — If you wish to use my work commercially, I am open to fair proposals for non-exclusive commercial rights. You may suggest a royalty percentage or any other reasonable compensation model.
- Modified Commercial Items – If commercial use is authorized and you modify the product in any way, you must include clear attribution to the original source in the item’s description.
- No Branding – Commercial or modified items/code must not carry the Lupoboard logo or any other associated branding elements on the physical item or within the source code.
3. Disclaimer of Liability (No Warranty)
All content on Lupoboard is shared in good faith. I build and share things because I enjoy the process and believe the designs work. However:
- As-Is Basis — Content is provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind.
- Not Bug-Free — I do not guarantee that the code, designs, or instructions are completely error-free.
- No Liability — Lupoboard (and its creator) assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, errors, lost time, broken components, or injuries resulting from the use, misuse, or assembly of the shared content. You build at your own risk.
