The default sample page tells me I should introduce myself to potential visitors (or the naturally curious ones). Skipping the formal introductions and overly personal data, most people call me “Lupo.” It’s a derivative of my surname, which translates to “Wolf.” And yes, before you ask, I solve problems too. 🙂
I’m almost old enough that I could legally be a great-grandfather. I’m a wide-ranging DIY enthusiast – from “you name it” to “whatever” – as long as I get to learn something new along the way.
Projects published on this site are the result of tens, or even hundreds, of hours spent staring at a screen -thinking, rethinking, sketching, assembling, correcting, and reassembling – all to hand you the most polished, well-thought-out solution possible. I hope you appreciate the grind!
Since the secondary purpose of this site is upgrading my web development skills – the last time I designed a webpage, HTML4 and Macromedia Flash 5 were peak technology – this entire project is a work in progress. Expect the template design and color schemes to shift from time to time. In the future, I might also drop a few affiliate links into the parts lists or add a banner ad, just to help cover the web hosting and domain registration fees – and hopefully, the cost of all the materials used, abused, and scrapped along the way to achieving the final product.
You’ll notice there are no social media links here. All my free time and energy go directly into making things. While I’m always open to constructive suggestions, the final decision on whether to actually implement them rests entirely with me, without warning.
If you feel my designs have saved you a ton of time and effort – giving you back precious hours to spend on other things – and you want to show some appreciation, I’ll be adding a “buy me a coffee” link somewhere in the page layout. Exactly where? I haven’t decided yet.
Lupo
P.S. Just so you know, the text, code syntax, and projects here are a team effort between my ideas and AI helpers like Gemini and Copilot. The goal is to keep things clean, highly readable, and ready for automatic translation.
